Burger Lambrechts celebrated his 45th birthday today and is set to top the World Masters Ranking List in the Shotput on Saturday.
He currently ranks 1st in the Mens 40-44 age group with a throw of 18.67m achieved on 15 March 2018 at the South African Senior Championships

Winnie de Winnar (50) double silver medallist at the World Masters Championships in 2013 in Brazil will be competing in the 100, 200 and 400.
Donovan Wright (50), Comrades Winner of 1996 will be competing in the Mens 800 and 1500
The Central Gauteng Masters Championships will host approximately 200 athletes of all ages 30 years + to 80+ from 7 provinces.

He will also be competing in the 100m
